Harmon Greathouse had two more tracts of land surveyed for him in Hampshire County, WV. The first of these was a 275 acre tract originally warranted by Solomon Turpin of Frederick. Greathouse also served as a chain carrier for surveyor Thomas Rutherford in surveying a 194 acre tract of land on the Potomac for John Friend of Frederick, Co. MD.
