A List of Losses in Captain Forman's Company

We the Subscribers do hereby Certify That the within specifyd appraisements are Just & true to the Best of our Judgments & that the several articles were lost in the late unhappy Defeat near McMechen's Narrows on the 27th of Septembr: 1777 as witness hands this 3d. of Octobrr. 1777
