(Pennsylvania Provincial Council, 1:73-74) 1729, May 10 - CHESTER lost to the creation of LANCASTER. (Pa. Stat., ch. 306, sec. 1/4:131-132) 1789, Sep 26 - CHESTER lost to the creation of DELAWARE.
